Business conducted with the company’s reference is at the user’s own risk. The company reserves the right to use user videos, audio, and images for marketing.

Any payment made for any document or service is valid for 3 months only from payment date.
We are not liable for any return or renewal in documents client have to take care of it. Check with the authority time to time for document renewal, update and return.

Port/ICD/Air cargo visit is as per approval from the authority and Availability of time and other resources at actual expenses paid by participant.
Video, Audio & image capturing not allowed in government or custom areas.
During any visit like factory port cold storage, we are not responsible for any accident loss or any dispute with government or any person.
Company is not providing any kind of transport and travel assistance you have to arrange it your own risk.
